Problem Statement

Problem Statement

The existing interface suffers from inconsistent visual hierarchy, excessive whitespace, repetitive card layouts, and weak content prioritization, making it difficult for users to quickly scan and interact with information. The screen wasn't visually appealing as the target users were the College students. Navigation lacks clear emphasis, while typography, spacing, and component consistency reduce overall readability. Analytics and data visualizations occupy excessive space without effectively communicating insights, and status indicators, semantic colors, and call-to-action buttons fail to establish a clear interaction hierarchy. Additionally, repeated icons, low information density, accessibility concerns, and insufficient differentiation between content types result in a less intuitive and engaging user experience

My Role

My Role

As part of a team of three designers, I contributed to the end-to-end redesign of the platform, helping transform the existing interface into a modern, scalable, and user-centric experience. My responsibilities included conducting UX audits, redesigning key workflows, contributing to the information architecture, building the design system, creating reusable UI components, and improving navigation, visual hierarchy, and dashboard experiences. Together, we delivered a cohesive product that improved usability, accessibility, scalability, and consistency across all modules.
