As a user I want to drop my passengers safely to their destination. While doing so, I am dealing with people across ages and varied temperaments. I also want to take care of my health as long driving hours are leading to muscle pain. So I would like to know the best and the shortest possible route for my passengers. Maintaining the time schedules will also me get promoted in the hierarchy. I also have a conductor who can assist me during the rides by sharing real-time traffic updates from others. This will also help me in handling with rude and impatient customers who are anxious to know the reason behind the traffic.
